After obtaining her Esthetician license, she dedicated two years to perfecting her craft at Manos y Mas. In 2005, Tracy realized her dream of owning her own spa with the founding of Kai Spa.

Since then, Tracy has poured her heart and soul into Kai Spa, devoting her time and expertise to providing exceptional service to her clients.
