Cancellation Policy
While Kai Spa welcomes walk-ins, most of our appointments are reserved in advance. Because our technicians reserve time for your appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling will be greatly appreciated. If less than 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation is given, a fee of 50% of the total services will apply. A “No Show” will be charged the full amount of the services. Please note: Any cancellations with Tracy will incur a 100% fee.
